The PGDCA Department of Dr. Y.S. Parmar Govt. PG College was established in the year of 2020. With the intent of Promoting the Computer Science Education in the Himachal Pradesh. And Inspiring young women to achieve excellence in the field of Computer Science.
The department emphasizes value based quality education in Computer Application and the curriculum reflects the depth and width of Computer Application where emphasis is laid on practical understanding of technology; and offers the three year degree in Bachelors of Computer Applications.

Course Outcome
